Study on the New Prospective of Health Resource Allocation in Rural Areas and the Equalization Policy of Urban-Rural Health Service

Objective:To understand the current situation of rural health resource allocation and equalization of urban-rural health service,find out problems and provide policy suggestions.Methods:Survey method,observation method and other descriptive analysis methods are described.Results:The quantity and structure of rural population,the health and care of key population,urban and rural health resource allocation,medical health service mode,general practitioner and excellent talents and other aspects of the problems are the main factors that of the allocation of health resources in rural areas and urban and rural health service equalization.Conclusion:The key financial input should be transferred to the health service in rural medical institutions;deepen the rural medical and health system reform comprehensively;speed up the construction of medical and health service system of urban and rural integration;implement the rural health resource system and qualization of urban-rural health service,transform the rural medical and health service mode,make efforts to cultivate an excellent professional and technical rural general practitioners team.
