Abstract
To investigate the effect of Fucoida on Mice immune function. Each group mice was taken Fucoida(0.1,0.2,0.5 g/kg) by intragastric administration for 20 days continuously.measured thymus/body weight ratio, cellular immunity,humoralimmunity,monocyte-macrophage function. The high and middle dosage groups could significantly increase the thymus/body weight ratio(P0.05);the high and middle dose can significantly enhance the ability of lymphocyte proliferation(P0.05);the high dose could significantly enhance the humrolimmune function,monocytes-macrophages function in mice(P0.05).Fucoida showed the effect to enhance the immune function of mice.
