Abstract
In order to enhance case packer’s working efficiency and get the better application performance, kinematics simulation of its twin-four-link mechanism is put up, and the mechanism is optimized using mechanical system simulation software ADAMS. First kinematics simulation analysed with its virtual prototype, then after parametrizing the model, analysed the sensitivity of each design variables and optimized assesment on the selected several variables with the highest sensitivity and finally obtained the optimization result.
