Abstract

Lenin put up the thoughts about the construction of the proletariat ruling party: to insist on the principle of the party's collective rule, perfect the regulations of the party's collective ruling system; to found the system of supervision to the proletariat ruling party; to oppose personal worship. The Chinese Communist Party's Construction during the new period gained the enlightment of Lenin's thoughts.
