Clinical effect of the method of dalitong granule treatment on 114 cases of functional dyspepsia.

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Dalitong Granule in treating functional dyspepsia.Methods 114 patients were randomized to Dalitong Granule group(the treatment group)and mosapride group(the control group),57 patients in each group.After 4-week treatment,we observed the clinical curative effect. Results The effective ratios and total effective ratils of the treatment group were 71.92% and 89.47%;those of the control group were 71.92% and 87.72%.There was no significant difference between groups(P0.05).Conclusions Dalitong Granule has a good curative effect on treating functional dyspepsia,and has the same curative effect as mosapride.
