The Analysis Fatty Liver Disease Detection Rate of 314 Cases of Healthy Check-up

Objective: To analyse the related factors to the fatty liver disease.Method: 314 cases of healthy check-up were observed,and were divided into two groups according to whether with fatty liver disease or not.Analysed the BMI,the blood pressure,the liver function,the blood fat index in two groups.Result:There were 79 cases of fatty liver disease,with the relevance ratio of 25.2%.There was significantly difference in gender(X2=16.79,P0.01).The group who had fatty liver disease had significantly difference in BMI,ALT,TG,TC(P0.05).The rate with high blood pressure in the group with fatty liver disease was 45.6%,significantly difference to the other group(X2=12.89,P0.01).Conclusion: Fatty liver has a closely relation with obesity,high blood pressure,blood lipid abnormalities,controling patients weight,blood pressure,blood fat would prevent the happen of fatty liver.
