Abstract

Objectives To study the interrelated effect of recurrent cerebral embolism on patientswith four high dangerous factors-hypertension、Coronary heart disease、diabetus mellitis、hyperlipdenia. Methods 62 cases with recurrent cerebtal embolism sourced of jan. 1999 to oct、2003 as observationgrorp: the other group is .the corresponding period cases in hospital with first-cerebral enbolism ascontrast groups. Patients with the four high dangerous factor have a higher rate of cerebral embolism'srelapse than those in contrast groups. Conclusion it approves that the four diseases mentioned beforeare dangerous factors of cerebral embolism's relapse, contrlling and healing these high dangerousfactors would reduce cerebral embolism's incidenced rate and maimed rate.
