An Analysis on the Compatibility Between "the Two Principles of Justice" and the Theory of Contract

In his A Theory of Justice,John Rawls pointed out that in the state,choosing would face controversies and dilemma compared with the principle of utility and the principle of ideal.On the other hands he tried to exhibit the unique advantages of the theory,and attempts to prove that people in the original position would choose two principles of justice,which he offered.Though the uniqueness of the two principles of justice is self-evident,Rawls still tries to prove this by using the theory of contract.This is because in some sense the theory of contract is compatible with the principles of proposed by Rawls.
