On the Subjectivity of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference

The establishment of ruling country by law highlights practical needs on subjectivity.The subjectivity on Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference should be explored in rule of law,namely,from internal identity of who am I rather than from the external identity of who you are.Overemphasis on functionism and actionism is misleading on study of subjectivity of CPPCC.The study of subjectivity of CPPCC should be based on analysis of state power,social power and civil rights.The legalization of political consultation system should be guarantee of realization of subjectivity of CPPCC.
