Abstract
Objective To evaluate the associativity between diabetic nephropathy(DN) and coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods One hundred and fourteen type 2 diabetic patients were divided into three groups according to protein quantity in urine: normal albuminuria group(group A),minim albuminuria group(group B) and mass albuminuria group(group C).Incidence of CHD in three groups was observed and compared. Results The rate of CHD was 26.5%,43.8% and 62.5% in group A,group B and group C respectively, there was significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion The DN was correlated with CHD,and the more urine protein is,the mor serious coronary artery disease is.
