Abstract
A new technique of sulfuric acid hydrolysis sugar from corn stalk(normal pressure two-section acid hydrolysis technology) is studied. The experiments show that the normal pressure two-section acid hydrolysis is obviously superior to concentrated acid hydrolysis. The process conditions of normal pressure two-section acid hydrolysis are optimized as follows:the first section hydrolysis in 60% sulphuric acid at 45℃ for 0.5 hour, the ratio of acid and solid was 12∶1;the second section acid hydrolysis, the ratio of water and solid was 220∶1,and then the hydrolysis temperature at 100℃ for 2 hours. The yield of total sugar in hydrolysate can reached 93.81%.
