Abstract
According to the current developing situation of agricultural and rural informatization in Tianjin city, comprehensively considering the strategic target of the development of agricultural and rural informatization, using basic theory and methods on economics,information science, policy science and system science, the research constructed indicator system of agriculture and rural informatization based on previous research results, in order to reflect the actual situation and characteristics of agricultural and rural informatization, also gradually promote agricultural and rural information work.
