The Sustainable Utilization and Integrated Management of Coastal Zone in Jiangsu Province

It is populous in Jiangsu province, so the contradiction between population and cultivated land is becoming more and more obvious; but there is about 653000hm~2 tidal flat and 2440000hm~2 shallow sea region in Jiangsu province,which becomes a very important reserve resource. This paper discusses some questions of coastal zone resources in view of sustainable use,and some measures are suggested on integrated management coastal zone.
