The Protection of Interests of Farmers at Land in the Building of Harmonious Society

There has deficiencies of protecting land rights and interests of farms in the collective ownership of rural land,the exercise system of collective land ownership and land charging compensation system for farmers in China's property rights.The protection of land rights of farmers is the necessary one way to solve the three rural issues and building a harmonious society in rural areas.We should clear the land rights of farmers,improve the system of exercise of collective land ownership through farmers collective for farmers,protect the rights and interests of landless peasants in the course of the charging land rights,and improve the relief channel when land rights have been violated.
