Abstract
Suppose P={p 1,p 2,…,p n} is the set of participants ,and Γ2 P is an access structure over P .In this paper the concept of the shifting of a secret sharing scheme is introduced. From one secret sharing scheme,we can get another through such a shifting. Moreover, the relation is discussed between ideal secret sharing schemes and ideal homomorphic secret sharing schemes over GF(3) realizing an access structure Γ.
