Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression of occludin protein in intestinal mucosa barrier in model rats of radical plateau and plain. Methods:Forty-eight Wistar rats were randomly divided into plain group( n = 24)and plateau group( n = 24),then each group was randomly divided into three subgroups( n = 8) by 2,4,6 d time points. The expression of occludin protein was analyzed by immunohistochemistry, and the content of occludin mRNA was tested by RT-PCR. Results:At each time point, occludin protein and occludin mRNA in plateau group were significantly lower than that in plain group( P 0. 01). Conclusion:The expression of occludin protein in intestinal mucosa barrier decreased in model rats of radical plateau, which may lead to the intestinal mucosa barrier damaged.
