Abstract

Mesoporous TiO2 was prepared by hydrothermal method with Tetrabutyl titanate and Cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, then the solid superacid SO2-4/TiO2-WO3 was obtained by impregnating above mixtures with 1 mol/L H2SO4.The catalyst was applied in the catalytic synthesis of cyclohexene from cyclohexanol and was characterized by IR、XRD.The results showed that when the experiment conditions were optimum,i.e.,w(catalyst)= 5.3%,the reaction temperature was in the range of 170-180 ℃,the reaction time was 45 min,the yield of cyclohexene could reach 95.6 %.The catalyst could be reused for 5 times and the yield was still above 88.9%.If the catalyst which had been reused for five times was regenerated, then its activities could be enhanced as high as the fresh one.Catalyst prepared by this method has a 5.65% higher yield than the catalyst prepared by the ordinary method.
