Abstract
This article attempts to dissect objectof c ivil law by multi-angle. Firstly,it clarifies the connotation and denotation ofobject,especially those are still controversial at the present stage,such as the human mutation,animal and space,and illustrates the reasons why they belong toobject,which can help to solve the problems caused by vague definition. Secondly,it puts forward that people should understandobjectthrough developmental vision,put respecting objectsas one of the constituent elements ofobject;confirm the value of human's entity while stress people's duty to look after object;double the restrictions on entity,and form the interaction between man and object. Finally,this paper dissects the function ofobjectfrom the semantic view,defines the function of the wordobjectin law and helps people understand the function of conveying meanings of the conceptright.
