Abstract
Building NO.1 and NO.2 in a housing estate will be transformed to serviced apartment.Compared requirements of related fire orders and regulations for residential building and serviced apartment,requirements and difficulties were defined.Bsed on the practical condition,flexible fire design plan was proposed and assessed.
