Abstract
The microstructure evolution of ZL111 by heat holding above the liquidus temperatures was investigated. The result indicates that, with increasin g holding time ,the growth morphology changes gradually from initial dendrites t o spheroids via rosettes, the fine and homogeneous non-dendritic solid grains c an be obtained by holding 40min at 605℃,and is fit for the requirements of sem i-solid metal processing.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
