Government spokesman in the network have begun to test the water in some places,but the academic study of this issue has not kept pace.Government spokesman in the network must have its necessity of existence.Are there any differences between government spokesman in the network and government spokesman? Where are they if they have? How its current and future develop,what role should take and how to effectively play its role? Yet it is necessary to discuss these issues.
