Abstract
[Objective] The paper was to study the transplanting technology of tissue culture seedlings of Dracaena godseffiana.[Method] The effects of different pre-treatments,different transplanting substrate and different transplanting treatments on transplant of tissue culture seedlings of D.godseffiana were studied.[Result]The transplanting effect was better when the culture seedlings of D.godseffiana were pretreatmented with caps in the greenhouse for 3 days and was uncapped for 2 days before transplanting, then the survival rate was 94.44%;the transplanting effect was better when the transplanting substrate was peat soil: perlite(V/V) = 1∶1,and the survival rate was 96.67% with the average height for 2.04 cm;the transplanting effect was better when the transplanting substrate was sterilized by 800 times of carbendazim dilution liquid and the seedlings were covered by membrane after transplanting, then the survival rate reached 95.24%.[Conclusion]The study provided strong support for the commercial production of D.godseffiana seedlings.
