Abstract

Based on analyzing the present situation of the team of university library,this paper expounds the necessity of carrying out the continuing education for university librarians and some existing problems,introduces the main contents of the continuing education for university librarians,and probes into some countermeasures for strengthening the continuing education for university librarians.
