Abstract

In view of Lijiang's strategy to develop tourism as the leading industry, this paper analyzes the impact of tourism on the traditional ideas and the way of living of Naxi Nationality. Besides, it also argues that only by protecting Naxi traditions and way of living can Lijiang achieve the sustainable development of its tourism and its social and economic sustainable development. In doing so, the first things' first is to improve the overall quality of Naxi nationality.
