Abstract

Innovation is not only a necessity for the developing of the enterprise,but also it is the soul of a nation and a continuous power to make a country prosperous.In the background of implementing innovation as national strategy,several issues such as the how to innovate in the enterprise,how to improve capability of the competition,how to meet the challenge of global market economy are discussed.
