Abstract
Objective:Analyzing the hemorrhage reasons of intracranial aneurysm in embolization.Methods:35 intracranial aneurysm patients was treated with microcatheter technique and GDC embolization technique. 3 of them ruptured during the operation.Results:Lumbar puncture was carried in those patients after the operation. They were draining average 6 days and none of them had complications.Conclusion:Those aneurysms which had hemorrhaged in the course of embolization associated with the following reasons: ① Blood pressure raised during the operation suddenly.② The shape of aneurysm like a cucurbit or irregularly. ③ The operation of the doctor was impertinence. ④ The program of the injector was incorrect.
