Abstract

As a carrier of industrial development, industry park is of great importance in regional economic development, industrial restructuring and upgrading. Due to the lack of proper guidance, many problems appeared such as industrial structure isomorphism, lack of characteristics, low efficiency of land use, unreasonable zoning park, uneven development of the park and so on. This paper put forward the strategies about the optimization and integration of industry park in Changsha from the competitive level, space and industry.
