Abstract
In order to identify pet dogs' infection of Canine Distepter,Canine Parvovirus Disease and Canine Parainfluenza in Lanzhou city, this article detected dogs with clinical symptoms, which treated by Pet Hospital from 2004 to 2009 and collected 2238 secretions of eyes, noses and saliva from dogs which seemly infected in Canine Distemper;2423 feces samples from dogs were suspected to infect Canine Parvovirus Disease and 334 eyes and nasal secretions of Canine Parainfluenza suspected dogs. This study used quick test papers to detect all samples. The results showed that the average positive rate of pet dogs in Canine Distemper was 27.52% in Lanzhou city, and it showed a declining trend from 2004 to 2009.The average positive rate of Canine Parvovirus was 25.88%,and it also showed a declining trend from 2004 to 2008,but rebounded slightly in 2009.It is the first time to confirm that Canine Parainfluenza is popular in pet dogs in Lanzhou city. The average positive rate of Canine Parainfluenza virus was 37.72% and canine adenovirus type Ⅱ was 19.46%.In the view of epidemic cycle, the pet dogs mainly infected in Canine Parainfluenza virus in 2004,but in 2005 mainly to canine adenovirus type Ⅱinfection. After two years the mixed infection of these two kinds of viruses was the key type. However, canine parainfluenza virus infection was the main type in 2008,then the mixed infection was the main type again in 2009.
