Questions to be handled in carrying out the democratic centralism

The democratic centralism is the basic organization and leadership system of the CPC.Whether it can be properly carried out or not is of vital importance to the destiny of the Party.Such matters as the decision-making of leadership,the democracy inner-Party development,the upholding of the Party unity are crucial in the democratic centralism.In line with the spirit of the Sixteenth Party Congress and the Fourth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee,this paper explores how to advance and realize the scientific and democratic decision-making process,how to bring the initiative of the Party into full play, and how to strengthen the centralism on the basis of democracy and uphold the centralism and unity of the Party.Besides,some views are put forward accordingly.
