Brodening the Financing Channels of Independent Innovation for SMES

Abstract

Independent innovation for SMES which occupy over 90% of the total enterprises is of great significance.Financing difficulties,low investment have become bottleneckto constrain the development of the SMES.The article learns from the advanced experience in venture investment in developed countries,analyzes the problems in venture investment,and points out countermeasures and suggestions about widening the source of venture capital,strengthening the construction of external environment of venture investment,the venture investment mechanism and the withdrawal mechanism of venture investment so as to broaden the financing channels of independent innovation for SMES.
