Abstract
Through analyzing the present major problems for the development of pure electric vehicles battery, this paper studies the manufacturing standards for pure electric vehicles battery, discusses the running and managing models of battery exchange stations, and proposes to set up nationwide battery exchange stations so as to further promote the popular application of pure electric vehicles.
