Application of Arts of Chinese Characters in Graphic Design

As the only vigorous ideograph character, Chinese character is also a kind of plane to record human being's idea by point and drawing. Using characters to do graphic design, we should make use of not only their shapes, but also their meanings. The thesis tries to find some design elements and inspiration from the deeper meanings of Chinese culture, so as to express the pure national cultural features.
