The Effect of Pinching Treatment on the Development of Lily Bulb

Abstract

There were obvious effects on perimeter and fresh weight of bulb as well as diameter of stem, size and thickness of leaf by the pinching treatment of lily plants. The results showed that it was the best period of pinching treatment of lily plants for increment of bulb size and fresh weight when the buds were seen and were not longer than 5 centimeters.
