Abstract
In this paper,some properties of nilpotent matrices over idempotent and right-sided quantales are mainly considered.A necessary and sufficient condition for an idempotent and right-sided quantale matrix to be nilpotent is given.Also,some characterizations for nilpotent index of nilpotent matrices are obtained.
