A Brief Analysis on Vagueness in Legal Language and the Removal Vagueness

Abstract

Vagueness is the inseparable feature of human language,which extensively exists in various language variation, including legal language,and which destroys the exactness in language.Meanwhile legal language is a kind of customary language which presents its unique features,the most important one among which is exactness in expression. This paper mainly discusses the originality of negative vagueness and the removal of vagueness.
