Open publisher page 1 citations

Abstract

Eighteen InDel and 25 SSR primers were used to study the genetic diversity among 30 cherry tomato germplasm resources. The result of polymorphism analysis indicated that InDel markers showed lower polymorphisms than SSR markers. The genetic distance of 30 cherry tomato materials was 0.052 ~0.993. The average genetic distance was 0.391. Germplasm materials with genetic distance less than 0.5 accounted for 77.24%. The result of cluster analysis showed that 30 cherry tomato germplasm resources could be classified into 3 groups.
