Establishment and Review of Environmental Pollution Accident Monitoring Ability in Jiangsu Province

For the requirements of environmental pollution accident monitoring,the factor and function of the provincial accident monitoring ability and accident monitoring decision-making ability were analyzed.The establishment of backbone network and its application were analyzed according to Jiangsu Environmental Pollution Accident Disposition Item Programs. For local EPD,it was very necessary to be strengthened from six aspects,such as risk check,emergency response,emergency monitoring,emergency disposition,complete analysis,logistics supply so that regional emergency pollution can be bandled more systematically and more pertinently.
