Abstract
A Virtual Instrument system was designed to measure the Ignition time based on Notebook,signal conditioning module and the DAQ-Card made by NI(National Instruments).Nearly all kinds of Ignition timing,CKP position signal and the cylinder position signal can be measured by the system.These signals were sent to the DAQ-Card embedded in the Notebook through the signal conditioning module and the signal combination module.The operating system was designed by LabVIEW.Measuring results can be displayed directly and debugged easily.The expansibility of the system was strong.The system has been tested for a long while and the collected data were compared with those collected by Bosch car measuring system and Launch X431 ECU Reader.
