Abstract
Objective Evaluation of diabetic foot screening, diagnosis, treatment and patient education, clinical implementation of results. Methods Compare of data in diabetic foot workshop building before and after, and Compare the effect in Screening, diagnosis, treatment and education. Result Screening a total of 1050 cases of diabetic foot patients, Of which 312 cases of peripheral vascular disease(29.7%), 224 cases of peripheral neuropathy(21.3%), 65 cases of ulcers and gangrene, 84% positive of bacterial culture, The cure rate of ulcers and gangrene was 64.6%, Eight cases of amputation(12.3%).there all were clearly improved. Conclusion It was an innovative management concept.It could Improve efficiency and enhance the diagnosis and treatment based on the original infrastructure and staffing if the trivial and tedious work became orderly and standardized.
