PLC network control system based on serial device server

Abstract

Along with development of PLC's technology,PLC network control system has been applied widely.Typically,there are three modes to construct a network: base on general serial port,or dedicated Field-bus,or Ethernet.In this paper,a new kind of constructing a network method base on serial device server is provided.It has a simple serial communication and it has an advantage in highly efficient and stable Ethernet communication.In a sewage disposal plants,the network control system based on serial device server is applied.Practice show that this method is simple,stable,and efficient.It is a worth recommending use in network solution.
