Abstract
The catalytic hydrogenation of furan to tetrahydrofuran(THF)was investigated.A series of catalysts were prepared and examined.It was found that Raney Ni catalyst was prepared by solid-phase,the conversion of furan was almost up to 95.0% and THF was afforded over 93.0% yield uder the optimized reation condition.
