The spirit of Plato′s justice theory:the legal system of the moral character

The fundamental character of Plato′s justice theory with Socrtes justice was analyzed to show the essence combined with sublimation of human nature and the construction of the legitimate system by Plato.Plato expands the domain of justice based on perfection-the notion of Socrates′ moral philosophy makes the justice surpass the category of individual moral behavior and become the essence of political philosophy and the foundation of political legitimacy through functional complementation between humanity and system.This justice theory has built a standard system being institutionalized of harmonious co-existence among all classes in the social system.
