Discussion on the Combustion Stability of 420 t/h Anthracite - Coal Boiler

Abstract

Poor stability of combustion,severe slagging and liable to extinguish ete.problems existed on the two 420t/h anthracite - coal boilers in Yunfu Power Plant during the initial commission period. Through the different stages retrofits,the combustion stability and slagging degree of two boilers were improved.The paper will discuss how to enhance the combustion stability in terms of different reformation and actual operation,some measurements are put forward lastly.affording certain instructions for the retrofit and stable operation of similar type boilers.
