Abstract
This paper researches on the employment effect of international service outsourcing with the data of the 15 countries and 25 industries.We find that:(1) It is uncertain that international service outsourcing will do harm to the offshoring countries’employment.The positive-negative effects are determined by the amount of service outsourcing,substitutions affects,scale effects and the type of outsourcing production.(2) To most of the offshoring countries,the employment effects of international service outsourcing are insignificant,wage level and industry scale are the important factors for employment.
