Abstract
The analysis of the application requirements of the current emergence command and control system is firstly carried out based on the application and development of the current emergence command and control system.Then the scheme for the emergence command and control system,which includes command and control mode,technology system,performance characteristics and so on,is described in detail.The connectivity and its disadvantage of different technology system for the command and control system have been analyzed.The connection application of different technology system and different frequency band command and control networks by this emergence command and control system has been given out.
