Abstract

This essay firstly tries to explain the historical evolution of the feminist movement thoughts and summarize the epistemology foundation of the feminist movement and the methodology of the feminist movement in the western world.Secondly it introduces the feminist movement,the epistemology and methodology of the feminist movement as well as the essential thoughts of the feminism research in educational administration.Based on these researches,the author focuses the discussion on the effects of the feminists on the modern education in the western world.
