Abstract
Objective To compare the anesthetic effect of lidocaine inhalation with routine anesthetic method during fiberoptic bronchoscopy. Methods 886 patients were divided into two groups: experiment group(443 patients) anesthetized with lidocaine inhalation and control group(443 patients) with routine anesthetic method. The anesthesia effect, oxygen saturation, blood pressure and adverse effects were observed. Results (1) Compared with control group, the anesthetic effect was more significant in the experiment group(P0.01).(2) The change of blood pressure and oxygen saturation, adverse effects in the experiment group was less than the control group. Conclusion Lidocaine inhalation has more effectiveness and less adverse effects than routine anesthetic method.
