Abstract
The profit level of construction enterprises is low and the competitiveness of construction general contractor enterprises is poor in China.As a new way for strategic cooperation,strategic alliance can enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and increase the benefit.The strategic alliance of construction general contractor enterprises for cross-industry and intra-industry were constructed.The choice of strategic alliance objects was analyzed.The advantages brought by strategic alliance were discussed.
