Constraints and Countermeasures on Rural Land Circulation ——An Empirical Study of He'nan Province

The rural land circulation is one of prerequisites to achieve the appropriate scale and to improve agricultural productivity.With the development of constructing the Central Economic Region,Henan Province strides into a new period of rapid development.Speeding up the rural land circulation is significant to construct the Central Economic Region.In the new period,some main constraints of speeding up the circulation of rural land include insufficient publicity,inadequate services,imperfect social security,imperfect laws and regulations and etc.from the government level.So some countermeasures are put forward in this paper to promote rural land circulation.
