Structural Ore-controlling Rules and Prospecting Prediction of Caojiabu Gold Deposit

Based on the geological logging summarized by many years' exploration of Caojiabu gold deposit,we introduce its geological characteristics simply.From the spatial distribution of ore vein,the form,occurrence and size of orebody,the relation of orebody to host rock,ore textures and structures,ore types,ore mineral and chemical composition,metamorphism and host rock alteration,mineralization stage and ore genesis,we make a comprehensive discussion of geological characteristics of the deposit,and preliminary study the genesis of the deposit.We analyze mineralization of the orebody and prospecting criteria at the same time,and focus on the characteristics of ore-controlling structure.After many years' exploration of Caojiabu deposit and its Pinglidian ore point,we have new recognization for ore-controlling structure regularies of this type gold deposit,also it provides a reasonable prospecting method and theory for prospecting in depth and external.
